Tired of being “upsaled” by Future Ford, I decided to search for a local (Auburn) shop to service my
F 150. The reviews on Quality Automotive made me give them a try. I got an easy to fill out concern and service questionnaire and got a call back the same day. I had a major issue, truck is well past its heyday. The team there, diagnosed and corrected the problem. Truck runs like new!

Recently one of my headlights burned out. I'd had both headlights replaced 4 months earlier at anothe
r auto shop. After that one of the lights had a shadow. I went back twice and was told they weren't able to do anything about it. So, 4 months later the headlight burned out again. This time I called Cars Trucks and Vans. They got me in that day, replaced both headlights and there was no shadow. We had been taking our vehicle to Cars Trucks and Vans before this and will continue to go there . The staff is always very friendly and helpful. I couldn't be more pleased with their service.
