My son was planning on taking a long trip in his Jeep. I wanted to have it looked at to make sure it would be road ready. While we had to have a major repair done, Cody was great in communicating the steps, time line and expected cost. This is a great repair facility, which i highly recommend.

Excellent Service
On Monday I set an appointment online for Friday at the next available time. Cody called and said I could have my truck towed in anytime, and I was expecting it to take a few days to get my truck repaired. On Wednesday two days before my appointment they were able to determine my problem within a couple of hours and have me back on the road by end of day. They always take great care of me and my truck.

SUPER MAN
My car had problems, whereas I could not get it out of park and into reverse. Redmonds examined my car & fixed it. I purposely , did my Review Title as “Suoer Man”, because Redmonds Auto is a great place to take your car, when it needs to be serviced . The mechanics know their job & are very knowledgeable as to what they are doing. The entire staff is Awesome. I always try & spread the “Good Word” about Redmonds Auto . They are just Super, Man🔥🔥🔥🔥

Stress free experience!
As out of state parents to a USC Columbia student we were stressing over finding a trusted auto repair shop for our son’s car. After researching the parent portal for places Redmonds was highly recommended and we couldn’t have made a better choice! Their customer service and personal attention to taking care of the vehicle was outstanding. Redmonds technicians were extremely thorough. A huge thank you to Caleb and Cody for all your help !
