Pay without nothing happened!!
My wife brought my car, the lady in the front desk accompanied my wife inside our car to see and check the park signal problem, and the lady said it’s easy to fix and she said to come back tomorrow, next day I brought my car then they checked for an hour., after that, the mechanic told me that my car needs to bring to my dealer…why they didn’t told that to my wife the day my wife visited there, then they charged me $132 .00 !!! Just for checking for an hour. Wasting my Time, Money and my Gas! Our house is far from that place.

Fast Reliable Service

Good job, except for a few details
The van runs great, a good tune up. I will probably go back.
But I asked that the Lucas Oil that was on the passenger seat be added. It wasn't.
I also asked them to check the front end for safety. They may have, but I don't know. No notes anywhere. No indication. The guy said its ok, but not very convincingly...

Oil change
I had an appointment for 3:00pm and they didn't consider my appointment and waited 2hrs to get oil change. I don't know why they need appointment I waited like the other walk in customers. I had bad experience, go to some where else. I have been their customer for 6 years. Now not good.

Quick Patch
Had a flat tire that needed repair. Their shop was busy and bustling with customers, but they got me in 30 minutes. Staff was friendly and personable, and the cost for the patch was quite reasonable. Good to know they are here!

Excellent customer service! Went in the shop with headlights problem, diagnosed the problem, ordered the replacement bulbs and installed the new bulbs within one hour and fifteen minutes! Excellent! Couldn’t be any happier!Thanks!!!
