I first brought my for Expedition to Quality (original owner Kevin) about 20 years ago. The dealersh
ip wanted over $600 to figure out the transmission issue. Kevin knew exactly what the issue was and fixed it with a transmission flush for just over $100.
Today, Bret and team figured out my water pump issue and had it solved and back to me within 1 day. No appointment, dropped off on Friday evening from a tow truck. Brett called me on Monday, and by Tuesday afternoon the little red Ford was fixed and ready to go.
I will continue to support this local shop.
