d they told her she had multiple issues. I told her to bring car home and I would get a 2nd opinion. L&P checked and let me know what it actually needed. Most items reported by first shop were false. The work actually needed was done by L&P for a fair price that was much lower than quoted by other shop.

Truly spectacular customer service and incredibly thorough job. I took my 2012 Subaru Forester in for
an oil leak and they provided a highly detailed, comprehensive inspection on the entire car, including images of my vehicle's problem areas and videos explaining the issues and how those parts work--all at no extra cost. They were upfront about costs and offered fair prices (and even discounts). They communicated every step of the way, offered genuine advice, and didn't try to upsell me on services. When I mentioned I planned on selling the car soon anyway, they advised to just get the most essential work done rather than spend more money fixing up something I didn't plan on keeping long. They even offered to drive me home after dropping my car off for repairs--again, at no extra cost. I'll definitely be returning to these guys for all future repairs and inspections.
