My wife has owned a 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee since it was purchased brand new. We took our grandson t
o swimming lessons when he was 8 years old in that Jeep. He is now in the Navy at age 32. That car is part of our family and we intend to keep it in the family permanently. When the Jeep check engine light came on we took the vehicle to a local repair shop who replaced the item indicated by the diagnostic code, but the check engine light came on again. After several attempts to diagnose the problem the local repair shop recommended Redlands Auto Electric. This was an extremely difficult fault to diagnose, requiring sophisticated equipment and sufficient time to capture the fault as it occurred. Redlands Auto Electric explained the problem, what it would take to diagnose the problem and was willing to take whatever steps necessary to find and correct the problem. We are extremely grateful to Redlands Auto Electric and their excellent, experienced and talented staff for returning our family member to us, repaired and running great. Thank you so much and I can recommend Redlands Auto Electric without hesitation.

The place really needs to be cleaned. There is cob webs and dust, the trash in the bathroom needs to
be emptied. It would be easier to come if there was a TV for my kids. I would say recommend this business because of Tom and the mechanic but on the other hand...please clean the place, it is gross
