I have been to excel many times. I needed an emissions this time. Easy peasy. Fairly fast but the front desk service writer I dealt with was cranky. I know you don’t make a huge commission from that job but everyone needs it. You can treat everyone the same.

The customer service is an 11 out of 10!
I honestly feel for Brian, who has to call customers and let them know about expensive big repairs! But he handled the call compassionately and tactfully! I was leaving for a long road trip with my horses and wanted my truck looked over before I left and SURPRISE! They worked hard to put their hands on a new turbo for my truck - didn’t seem a annoyed when I called to follow up the following Monday and my truck was sent to me to put some miles away n it before they looked at fluids and put more miles before my big haul

Brian also took a moment to show me how to use a feature on my truck to try and help clean out the turbo and make the new one last longer

Scott said made an appointment but they didn't do the appointment. They told him to leave it there for the day. He said he took a coupon but they wouldn't give him the full amount on the coupon.

Great communication
Although the truck was in longer than anticipated, the representative from Excel called and gave updates daily. It was a part issue that was out of their control and still he was apologetic. Their service is second to none. I won't take my trucks anywhere else

Quick and easy
I’ve been having our diesel truck emissions done at Excel for years now. They do a great job! The location works great. It’s a little tricky parking sometimes because it’s in the back of a building where parking is a little tight. Other than that I like coming to this location. I call, get it scheduled and done. They do a good job.

Efficient without any added garbage
Fast and efficient, without all the added fluff that makes you not want to return. Thanks for catching the dried seals too. SO much better than that other diesel shop in Parker.
