I appreciate the detailed report showing recommended work but what work should be completed now for safety and the car’s proper functioning and what work can be postponed.

A professional experience in having my van repaired.
Bruce, the service writer, was very thorough with me about finding the cause of the tire failure.
The company is commended for having a shuttle service to Hertz car rental. The repairs were completed the next afternoon, and I'm on the road again.

poor communication
I agreed to a group of additional service actions based on the statemnet from the service advisor. Bruce, that the car would be ready at the end of the day. It wasn't and I didn't learn until after the shop was closed.

At 4:30 I found a voice mail asking me to call. There was no idication that the car was not ready nor that the shop would close in 30 minutes. I called back 5 minutes later but Bruce was unable to take the call and the person who answered said he he pass on the message. After hearing nothing, I called around 5:05 and only then was told the car was not ready, no one could pick me up, no recognition of the staement to finish this today with no sense on owner of helping finding a solution. He didn't care.

I discussed this with Dillon on the follwoing Monday, who was sypathetic but could offer no remediation to offer the unexpected car rental cost.

As this has never happened before, I thought quite a bit since then about how to continue with West. But the communication was so poor that I concluded the "don't care attitude" of Bruce must force me to go someplace else.

Dear Mr. Odonnell,

I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to follow up regarding your recent service experience with us, particularly around the delays in getting your car completed and the communication issues that occurred.

First and foremost, I want to sincerely apologize for the frustration this situation caused you. I completely understand how important it is for you to have timely communication, and I regret that this wasn’t the case.

As Bruce explained during conversation, during leak detection a leak or leaks can often take time to fully reveal themselves, and while Bruce made every effort to provide you with an accurate timeline, He was unable to give a specific ETA for completion. Bruce did try to reach out to you twice earlier in the day—around 2:00 p.m. and again at approximately 4:15 p.m.—to let you know that the car would not be ready by the end of the day. Unfortunately, it seems that these voicemails were not received or listened to before you called back later in the evening.

When you and Bruce did finally speak, He tried to explain that by that time, the technician and porters had already left for the day, which limited what He could do in that moment. I understand this was frustrating, and we truly apologize for not being able to provide a more immediate solution or a clearer timeline.

Please know that I do care deeply about ensuring our customers are satisfied, and I do take your concerns seriously. I apologize once again for the way things unfolded, and I want to assure you that we will work on improving our communication process moving forward to prevent situations like this from happening in the future.

If there is anything else I can do to address this situation or if you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to reach out. Your feedback is incredibly valuable to us, and I want to make sure we do everything we can to restore your trust.

Noise - diagnostic check
Only complaint is one of the mechanics stepped on the clean gray plastic bottom door frame leaving black grease all over.
I got it all off with simple green and some scrubbing.

Over priced
Expensive! They did solve my issue, but, they charged me about $150 to diagnose my truck. Once they believed to have fixed the problem, they ran it through their computer again and 2 codes popped up. They charged me an additional $150 dollars to see what was wrong and why those codes popped up. The purpose of the inital 150 for diagnosis was to see what's wrong with the car. Yet, they charged me an additional 150 to diagnos for a second time. Not right!

Transmission repair
I brought me car to this company as I had a transmissionnleak. They dealt with my extended warranty company for over 3 weeks to help get the repair diagnosed and authorized. They are a top notch service shop. I highly recommend them.

Our service writer, Bruce, was great to deal with. He explained A/C system full repair procedure completely, as well as listening to my troubleshooting inputs. Repair by technician was thorough, complete and clean, which is what I was expecting and got. Thank you.

JEEP DIED
CAME IN ON A FRI. TOLD COULD WORK ON MON. AND READY MON. AFTERNOON. THAT WAS GREAT HAD AT JEEP 10 DAYS, BUT TOLD US UP FRONT THEY COULD NOT GET TO IT FOR A WEEK AND A HALF. JEEP SAID BOTH KEY FOBS NEEDED REPLACE AND THE MAIN BATTERY AND 10 YEAR MAINTANCE JUST THE BATTERY AND FOBS $1400.

Freindly, knowledgeable,professional service.
I had an electrical issue with my 2003 Dodge truck. Very tough to find the issue,but your tech did. I dont believe there are many shops that could find this problem now days. Had to toubleshoot the old school way,no diagnostics. Service manager Matt was excellent in keeping me informed of the progress and seeing the project through to the end. All in all, I was treated very well. You guys truly do put people before profit, just as you advertise. Youve earned my business.

Courteous and professional
They did a great job of making the repairs I brought the vehicle in for.They were courteous and professional.They failed to clean up after themselves and fluids were leaking on my driveway.I cleaned the mess up myself and I think the leaks have stopped.If I see more oil on my driveway you will be hearing from me.If not for this,I would of given them 5 stars.

Excellent overall.
Price was considerably lower than my Dealer estimate for a repair plus several service items. Appointment was easy to schedule and my car was in within a day. Car with 150,000+ miles is now running like new. Only feedback is that it did take two requests to get the updated estimate sent to me, and I did not receive the AAA discount after presenting my card at check out. The discount was acknowledged, and a new receipt was printed, but the total price was the same. When I asked about the discount, I was told it was added.
