I was very interested in a Santa Cruz and visited the Wolfchase Hyundai showroom to see if they had one I could look at. I didn’t see one so as I was leaving, Eric Castiglia (sales consultant) stopped me and answered several of my questions immediately. I gave him my contact information and he said he’d have a salesman contact me. He didn’t tell me I’d get the awesome, undivided attention of the greatest salesman ever! Yes, the legend…..Luca Silva! This guy never sleeps! If there was a question he wasn’t sure about, he’d have the answer in no time. He sent me a video of a Santa Cruz as soon as it arrived. We did a test drive that evening and depending on my trade-in value, I knew there was a good chance I’d be buying a Hyundai. The best part of this? I never felt pressured to buy anything. The staff at Wolfchase Hyundai really made me feel like they want me to feel good about my purchase. Don’t get me wrong, they have a job to do, but there’s nothing better than making a big purchase (like buying a vehicle) and feeling like you had all the information you needed to make the right choice. That feeling stays with you long after the first few payments and “newness” wears off. Thanks to everyone at Wolfchase Hyundai. You all make a great team!
