I guess in our defense we did exactly what you requested and that did not fix the problem . We tried to hunt the issue down and that took time that you did not have . We also explained that to you and asked if you could leave it with us or bring back on a day that was convienant for you so that we could spend more time diagnosing the problem. Again we are truly sorry for not meeting your expectations.
