Poor communication, I felt disrespected
I was rear ended and the person had State Farm and they accepted liability immediately. They gave me a list of repair shops. I called Crash Champions and they gave me an appointment and said they would fix the car that day. I arrived and I was informed that it was only an estimate and that the next appointment was six weeks out. It felt like a bait and switch but I went ahead and made the appointment even though my cars trunk could not be opened which was an inconvenience for me. I went to the appointment taking the morning off of work and was informed that they could not honor the appointment because they were overbooked. When I asked why they had not called to let me know so that I would not have taken time off of work I got no answer. These people are not honest and they do not care about their customers. Avoid them like the plague
