Leadership is non existent
Brought in my vehicle they addressed the damage from the tree branch but caused damage in their repair according to them during storage of the bumper. Brought it in for them to correct the issue and there was no communication essentially since we weren’t paying anything they don’t care. Items are missing and we keep having our time wasted. They should be disbanded by crash champions.

Poor communication, I felt disrespected
I was rear ended and the person had State Farm and they accepted liability immediately. They gave me a list of repair shops. I called Crash Champions and they gave me an appointment and said they would fix the car that day. I arrived and I was informed that it was only an estimate and that the next appointment was six weeks out. It felt like a bait and switch but I went ahead and made the appointment even though my cars trunk could not be opened which was an inconvenience for me. I went to the appointment taking the morning off of work and was informed that they could not honor the appointment because they were overbooked. When I asked why they had not called to let me know so that I would not have taken time off of work I got no answer. These people are not honest and they do not care about their customers. Avoid them like the plague

Replaced worn control arms
I dropped off the car with a brief explaination of the noise it was making intermittently. Ashley called while driving it with a technician to get more details for recreating the issue. Parts were ordered and the car (Q5) was ready the next day. I've gone there for all work since warranty expired.

Always a seamless experience
I’ve been coming here since it was under prior ownership, thankfully same mechanic staff I was told, and the front of the house has always been great too. Will continue to trust them with my Audi S3

The service professionals are outstanding. They are very knowledgeable and client focused. Outstanding! The removal of detailing services should be brought back. As a long term client, I would rather has all my services at one trusted provider than having to find a different provider that is unfamiliar with my vehicle.
