Disappointed
Purchased my new 2022 Santa fe with a trade in earlier this year. Dealt with annoying and aggressive sales tactics in the beginning, however all seemed well when we were in person with Brian Shangle.
When we did financing an optional $300-$400 paint charge was added on and not explained. When I asked about it the finance manager said your salesman should have explained this. When I asked the salesman he said it was part of the cost of the vehicle and could not be taken off. All the paperwork clearly said optional.
When we discussed this more I was told I would be given all weather mats to make it right for the inconvenience of the optional charge added on. Mats kept getting pushed out from being “on back order” for months after we purchased our vehicle.
Never heard back, and I’m pretty disappointed overall with the experience.
