Excellent Service
I recently had a problem with the gear shift on my car and was stuck blocking an entrance to a parking lot. The P & M tow truck arrived within 10 minutes of my call and towed my car to a secure area since it was after business hours. I received a call early the next morning with a description of the problem and cost of the repair. Once the they received the part, my car was ready that afternoon. They also gave my car a thorough check-up and, to my surprise, gave it a quick wash! I’ve taken my cars to P & M for years and they always provide excellent, friendly service for a reasonable price. Great customer service!

Great service
My co-worker recommended this place because she brings her mini cooper here. They got me in the next week, dropped off my car, provided different options for inspections and took in my concerns. They called me with updates and recommendations. I picked up my car that day and scheduled the replacement for my horn issue the next week. Prices seemed fair enough and I got to pick what I wanted to repair so I wasnt overwhelmed with a huge bill.

The worst automotive repair of my life
First off they were never clear on what they did and did not do to my car. But they were very clear on what they charged me for,and what they said and what was on the bill were totally different so it pretty much ended up being 700$ to put in 2 fuses and 1 relay and top it off with gas.they didn't do anything more to my car than that literally..my car broke down 3 days later so I had it towed back to them and they tell me that I either need to buy a throttle body through them or a new computer through them and I told them we'll both of those parts are brand new so I said I would just take the car back and they charged me another 300$ for doing nothing. While I was waiting I over heard the " mechanic " tell a customer ( an old man) that they replaced two batteries in his truck and the alternator and charged him 1700$ for it
.they have no credentials on the wall they have no certifications to be mechanics all they have is saying they are triple A approved and that's because they are also a tow company...I would steer clear of this business because they are clearly dishonest and don't know what they are doing at all and over charge for doing nothing but saying they did on the bill..they also told me I needed to change my belt and just so happens I did an hour before I towed it to their shop so clearly they don't even look they just fill out the bill and hand it to you...worst shop in salem Oregon hands down..
