always prepared
shakira was awesome from start to finish. greeted us and made sure we were comfortable and kept us updated throughout the time my car needed to get tires changed. the day we went they were really busy, needed more time but she offered us an uber home and an uber back. worked out perfectly. communication was great and although it was longer than expected, she went above and beyond to reassure that everything was taken cared of. amazing experience! thank you shakira!
