Very nice people. The safety check inspector was extremely patient with me because I didn’t have my car registration and two bulbs were out. He politely told me I had to replace the bulbs and provide my current car registration. I took care of the lights and got a copy of the registration, and within minutes got my safety check completed after a careful inspection.
Punahou was the only shop I found who had a same day opening for an oil change. Handled my job quickly and efficiently, and I thought the price was a little high but fair for including a new filter, top off of fluids, air check for tires, and resetting the dashboard display. Lost an SUV and had nothing. Won sold me this sweet pick up, that although over 20 years old, recieved a new engine fuel rail, torque converter and other parts. The point is that it drives like a new truck, and has been nothing but reliable. This was a process that took a while, but I have to say, I feel that I got a really good deal especially for folks who know the resale on damn near any truck here.
