I purchased a G70 in Feb 2023. I was offered an option to be able to receive tire and or rim replacement due to damage. I was NOT provided additional in ie..who to contact when the service was needed. Naturally I contacted the dealership...the first couple of attempts no one understood what I was referring to. I was placed on hold, transferred and advised someone would be in contact with me. NO ONE called back, so I reached out again and a very nice lady Antoinette asked her manager for assistance and provided a telephone number and advised that I would need to contact the 3rd party road hazard company directly. So now I find out it's 3rd party. I called 800-327-5172 and spoke with an agent who verified my coverage and told me the dealership should be contacting them on my behalf. I called the dealership again asked for a manager, spoke with Vanessa who advised she isn't the manager who could assist but would give the information to the correct manager who would call. I have not received a call. What kind of customer service is this? Waste of my hard earned $$$$$
