Trucks for dummies
Dave was very helpful. He game off a little rough and tough but he was kind and genuine. And most importantly the way he explained the problem my vehicle was having was amazing. He made something very complex extremely simple. He explain by saying my pony’s were sick and some other things that just made sense. We’re sad that our issue wasn’t one they could fix. But very good experience

The service on my truck was done in a reasonable manner and at a good price very happy with the work they did and would recommend if you have a transmission problem to go see them

I had my truck work done.
9 months ago and a torque converter, apparently went out and caused the rest of the transmission to stop working. They stood by their warranty and fix my truck completely back together. New pump, new torque converter, I am back on the road at no cost out of my pocket. I was very pleased with the outcome. Thank you, Clay County transmission.

Terrible customer service/damage done
Terrible attitude when it came to customer service and on top of that they damaged my STEEL front bumper lord knows how… working on that right now as I just put that together. Will update outcome of customer service on that. I have a video of it being in their possession for days already and it wasn’t there clear as day. I obviously made sure to check that and I noticed it immediately after I got out of it.. We’ll see how honest they are. So far I’m not happy for obvious reasons.

The people here are very kind and helpful. They explain everything that's going on, and they are very knowledgeable. They work quickly, and their work is of the highest quality. If you have a problem or concern after the work is finished, they take care of it immediately. Transmission work is expensive, there's no getting around that. Knowing that you're getting your money's worth is very good.

Crappy service when I have to bring it back in less than a week
$5200 for what exactly? After being inconvenienced by not having my work van, brought it back for yet Another time of hindering my work schedule! Looking under the vehicle seeing my same old dirty tranny was concerning!
