Excellent Service
I took my 18 year old Honda Civic in for a tune up. A broken motor mount was also found and replaced. I plan to gift the Honda to a relative and asked that all needed maintenance be performed prior to title transfer. The Accurate staff stated that no further maintenance or repairs were needed. Accurate Automotive has the most honest service department in town.

Quick, efficient and great service

They fixed an oil leak

After experiencing "bait and switch" at another vendor that tried to raise the price of my oil change from $59.99 to $108.99 it was very pleasant experience that what you quoted me over the phone was what I payed.

Great experience - alignment
Had a very smooth and pleasant experience getting an alignment - very reasonably priced. Ariel at the service center desk was professional, efficient and courteous, as was Tonka, the tech who performed the alignment. Had an appointment and my car was taken back right on time. Alignments usually take 1-1.5 hours and mine was done in just under 1 hr. Great experience - will def be back!

Synthetic oil change
Overall, everything was as expected. I arrived at 10 minutes to 1 which was my appointment. When workers return from lunch at 1:00 my vehicle was taken in promptly. The servicing was done and the vehicle was returned in good condition with no evidence of any oil or dirt on the surfaces. They gave me a list of recommendations, one of which caused me to be a little suspicious. They indicated that I needed a wheel alignment and the truth of the matter is it was just done 2 weeks ago when I purchased new tires. I appreciate the information given to me about potential problems. This caused me to be somewhat wary about their concern for the condition of my battery and my brakes. I feel like I now need a second opinion from another service area in those regards.

Hey Gary, Sorry for the confusion but the alignment reccomendation on your invoice is from 2/16/22. The dates are located to the left of the reccomendation on your invoice. Now that we know it has been performed we will remove that reccomnedation from your profile. The only reccomendations from your last visit were the battery replacement, Diagnosing your oil leak and to recheck the brakes at your next service. Hope this helps and we look forward to seeing you again.
