Your visit was not limited to a check engine light concern. You requested a full vehicle inspection, which we completed using our electronic inspection system. That inspection identified several concerns on your 2002 Dodge Dakota, including maintenance items, suspension-related issues, and the check engine light repair, among others.
Each recommended repair was clearly explained, including the reason for the repair, priority, and cost, before any work was performed. You chose which repairs you wanted to proceed with, and no work was done without your authorization.
