Oil consumption- Palisade
Took vehicle in for oil consumption test. Brought vehicle back after 1k miles. Service checked vehicle and said all set, oil is full. I asked then why does dipstick show low oil. No reply. I stated I guess I need to start taking pictures. I did and clearly oil is low. I also told them I had video that showed the engine is very noisy at start up. Ticking noise that other shop mentioned to me. The dealer service tech was not interested in the video. Same dealer that offered no resolution for wrong trailer connector at time of purchase. They kept saying it was not their responsibility.

Misleading
Tried to do most of the work ahead of time to minimize my time in the dealership. Went through the inventory on their website, found a specific vehicle, and started to process to "save today's sales price". I completed an order that evening, and was happy with the numbers. There was also a finance manager in the chat box and I let her know I completed the order and let her know the VIN of the vehicle I did the order on (originally I started an order on the wrong one but I wanted the darker interior) and that I even did the credit app online. I get a call the next morning from her asking "are you still planning on coming in today?" and I said "yes, I'll be right there". She sits me down I'm front of one of her salesman and I immediately pull up the email with the order and all and said hey hopefully this is real easy for both of us, here's the car I want, I already did an order and crunched the numbers on YOUR website, and did the credit app and everything. He says "wellll I'm gonna be upfront with you this vehicle has some rebate on there that was an error and they accidentally doubled it sooo these numbers are gonna be way off so the monthly payment you were quoted is going to be way off"... Well much for saving my time in front of a car salesman because now I was back to square one. First of all these rebates and incentives were outlined on their website and were applied on almost all of the models of this car on their lot, so that's quite a glitch. And secondly, I feel like this could have been caught by the finance manager when I sent her a message in the chat saying I completed an order and gave the VIN before she called me in the morning and asked if I was coming in. But now they've got me in the door, right? If she called me that morning and said hey, I know this is the car you're looking at, but I just wanna let you know the order you completed is gonna be a little off, I probably just would've said ok nevermind then. So basically at that point I'm in front of a car salesman at square one, but I just said I came in here with a certain expectation, and apparently there was an error on your end, so if you can't meet that expectation that you gave me, then thank you have a nice day. In the end I know it was a good deal, but on leasehackr I've seen leases go out with similar rates so while it is totally possible that there was an error on their end they probably could've made it work if they really wanted to, so they were also possibly trying to hold money from me somewhere.

just amazed
I unfortunately gave this dealership my phone number, I got about seven calls from their "call center" advising me of a super scripted fake made up sale they were having. I then got a call from Angela Dorman who was following up because I said incredibly sarcastically via text with the 8th or so person that I was 'on the way' and do you want me to bring you all something like donuts or coffee. I said no, I'm not going in, the car I wanted was sold and I was just f*ing with you because I was pissed so many people called me, she said so you were f*ing with me, well I'm going to f* with you, it was really amazing that she could talk like that to a customer. I'm the customer, I tried to do business with you, the car was sold they claimed. Truly incredible they let their employees talk to customers like that.

Vision Hyundai

My wife and I started our purchase and completed most of the paperwork. We returned to finalize the sale 3/2/23 and we’re kept waiting 4hrs. By the time we saw Munzie for financing, we were exhausted and didn’t notice when he blocked the amount I was financing by covering with his left hand while showing me the low APR. The next day we realized that he had increased the financed amount by over $600 without consent or disclosure. Further, after agreeing to a deal, they added hundreds of dollars to the sales price and buried it. We never received a full accounting nor full sales agreement only the second page. Additionally, they added charges for items we NEVER agreed to purchase. This included LoJack, 2 service agreements we were told were included and paint protection all totaling to $1777 and they FORGED my signature and it appears on these documents all EXACTLY IDENTICAL. We spoke with Zack Davern and he assured us that he would correct it by sending us a refund of $2692 “in 2 weeks or I’ll drive it to Webster myself”. Well after 3 weeks, he and the salesman Phil Simmons stopped answering calls, texts and emails. The refund was never sent. We are taking this beyond the BBB but want others to be warned. This $1777 was taken from us without ever producing any of the paperwork to us during the sale yet my exact same signature shows up on forms that I never signed. This same $1777 appears in many reviews as does the term ‘forged’ in reference to this dealership. I still do not have a complete purchase agreement. We have been stolen from and will be seeking recompense here or elsewhere. Fraud and forgery are serious. Resistall form has someone’s signature but not mine and we never agreed to it. Did not agree nor did I sign LoJack’s $699 and this is the same signature, an exact copy, that appears on a $230 Atlantic coast warranty along with a truwarranty antitheft protection for $449 I did not sign.. I expect the $2692 refund I was promised from Zack Davern and not less

We recently bought an SUV from Joey at Vision Hyundai in Henrietta. We were greeted with a friendly smile and great customer service from the moment we walked in. Joey took the extra time to answer all our questions and have vehicles ready to test drive after we explained what we had in mind. I thought the process was going to be so much more stressful dealing with a car salesman. He was always upfront and honest and gave us everything we asked for.

Np More FREE oil changes
Complaint - Bought a 2013 Hydundai Tucson
With unlimited oil changes then bought a 2017 Tucson and they gave unlimited oil changes ( grandfathered in) now they say no more. How can you say no more after you make a deal. They didn’t tell me when I made the appt. or when I got there. I waited for my car over an hour before they said no more free oil changes. Can they do this without recourse. You wonder why and another reason why a dealer gets a bad rep.

Put off By Customer Service Rep
Today was my second visit to the this service department for the same engine issue of burning oil. A few weeks they merely did an oil change, claiming oil was leaking around the filter. I ecieved no instructions on what to do next. Since then I put almost three quarts of oil in the engine with no leaking noticed under the car.
Today I was told there would be no chance of warranty work on the engine, although the car had only 49000 on it on the first first and only 51000 now.

I was also informed they no longer had a shuttle service. Since I had made no arrangements for a ride home and with the lack of empathy and interest in servicing my car, I left and will not return.

I have since learned there is a process to get Hyundai to consider engine repair. I learned this from another dealer in town who I will use to help resolve the problem. It involves an oil burning test were the drain cap and filter are marked and a return visit in 1000 miles to check oil levels. Vision reps never told me any of this. I am disappointed to say the least, since this is the second car I have purchased from this company.

Poor support after I purchased vehicle
Since owning the vehicle for a year now I have to change my rating from 5 star to 1 star.
I noticed that the vehicle had the wrong electrical connector for the trailer package that was ordered with the vehicle. It only had a 4 pin connector and not the required 7 slot connector to allow for the brake controller to operate. I notified the dealer in Feb. They sent me to Hyundai who sent me to the dealer. Hyundai now will not contact me on this. The dealer said I have to go to a trailer and hitch company to have it fixed. I spent over $500 for the trailer package. The dealer keeps giving me the run around from service department to sales. I do not recommend Vision Hyundai at all. They could have stepped up and made this right very easily but instead they keep ignoring it. Lo e the vehicle but the support fron Vision and Hyundai is horrible.

I have two Hyundai vehicles that I have purchased from Vision. I havebeen a customer since 2007 and I never had a issue with the maintenance staff. They are friendly and always provide the service that I seek. Appointments are easy to make and they are always on schedule. best service department that I dealt with in 50 years of car ownership.
