They have always been right!
Might be a little more expensive than other places, but I never feel like they take advantage of me on any repair. They keep you posted on what is being done. Especially like the drop-odd and pick-up transportation provided at no extra charge!

Excellent customer service
Steve and Wesley provided excellent customer service. They always address my car issues as quickly as possible and are very good with explaining what car repairs are necessary. They treat you like family. I would highly recommend this place of business to friends and family.

Best Auto Service Available!
My daughter is home for Thanksgiving from college so I asked her to stop up at Ulmer's and get the battery checked before she heads back to school. Winters can be rough in Illinois. After determining the battery was below the cranking amp rating for the vehicle, they were able to install a new battery in less than 20 minutes to get her on her way to do the things she had to do while home for the holiday. Always wonderful service at Ulmers... the team is awesome!

Friendly reliable service.
It's nice to go to a place where they know you and are friendly. I trust that the will do a good job and when it comes to car maintenance/repair that is hard to find.

Highly Recommend!
Ulmer's service is fantastic! Top notch, quick and effecient! They were able to figure out an issue with our SUV that two other auto body shops were unable to figure out. Phenomenal service and hospitality.

Usual tune up!
During the regular and usual tune up they found a problem that was still under warranty. Ulmer's indicated this problem on my final bill and suggested that I have Ford take care of the problem ASAP.
