In an age where small and medium size businesses are being bought up, the customer becomes just a transaction. Ken's has been in business for decades and they are experts at their craft. We lost a perfectly good Avalon to a volume business, very reputable, but the oil cap was not secured and the engine blew up. Not worth it- I take all of our family vehicles to Ken's now. Lesson learned.

Great friendly service
Brought my Chrysler Pacifica in for a brake job and rotor inspection. We received accurate quotes and given options along with a recommendation that didn't put more money in their pocket. Good honest service!

Car quit in the highway.
I already sent my review…. I don’t know what happened why it did not print.
My car died in the highway and a friend who saw me helped to jump the car. The following day I called Ken’s Crescent Car Care Service. They came to pick up the car and I requested that they fix everything needed because I am old and can’t afford and feel safe to be stranded. ALL KEN’S SERVICE DID WAS REPLACED THE BATTERY. THE CAR IS IN EXCELLENT CONDITION.
Had I brought the car to another service station, JUST MAYBE BECAUSE OF MY AGE ( OLD ), they would have done unnecessary repairs.!!!!
Ken’s Service is a very honest place to have your car serviced. I highly recommend this place !!!!

Oil change and 2 tires
Always friendly and helpful went in for an oil change found I needed ties on other car they fit me in to get me back on the road and since I was within 200 miles of and oil change on that car I asked if they could do that to and they fit me in and back on the road in 1.5 hours always explaining why and what’s needed at a reasonable price
