Our business may be new, but we are not new to the business! Founder, Jeremy Ainsworth, has over 25 years in the automotive industry diagnosing and repairing all makes and models. His unwavering dedication and high standards influence all aspects of our business, from exceptional customer service to quality work. Having worked in the dealership and repair shop realm of the auto world, Jeremy is truly an expert in cars, trucks, vans, and SUVs. Diagnosing and repairing vehicles is his passion, and he extends his enthusiasm to the rest of his team and his customers. He began his career after graduating from Franklin County Technical School in 1999. Jeremy has always had an interest in cars, and his certification in Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) attests to his experience and skill.

Disappointing
They need to work on their customer communication and transparency. I just had my kid use them for the first time ( I payed the bill) and they generally do good work. However when I went to pay I was presented with a bill and tried to use the 10% AAA discount on Labor. They claimed it only reduced my bill by a few dollars. I paid and left and when checking over the bill at home later, the Math wasn’t working out. When I disputed the bill they had me come back and presented me with the same bill but with different charges. For example I was now paying 35.77$ for shop supplies instead of the 11.43$ listed on the original bill. Look, the discount was for only 28$ total so I’m not even trying to trifle over such a small amount. It was the general attitude and the different charges that have completely turned me off to these guys. plus we had to resort to hounding them to get the repairs done. Beginning of the week they said ( here we are in the middle of the week and still calling them for answers.). They’ve been better in the past. The bill thing is really what’s bothering me. How can there be 2 different bills? I think they just manipulated it to make their math work out. Probably regretting their involvement with AAA. Meanwhile I’ll be looking for a new repair shop. What a bummer. All it takes is one bad experience………
