Our business may be new, but we are not new to the business! Founder, Jeremy Ainsworth, has over 25 years in the automotive industry diagnosing and repairing all makes and models. His unwavering dedication and high standards influence all aspects of our business, from exceptional customer service to quality work. Having worked in the dealership and repair shop realm of the auto world, Jeremy is truly an expert in cars, trucks, vans, and SUVs. Diagnosing and repairing vehicles is his passion, and he extends his enthusiasm to the rest of his team and his customers. He began his career after graduating from Franklin County Technical School in 1999. Jeremy has always had an interest in cars, and his certification in Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) attests to his experience and skill.

Regular maintenance
I use Triton for my regular maintenance on my vehicle. They make sure to use great products and also do an inspection of all parts and pieces of the vehicle so if they see something that needs to be addressed you will know. Great service.

I wanted to have my car checked over as I was going on an extended road trip. I specifically mentioned a noise that was bothering me. The mechanic diagnosed it as a wheel bearing.
I agreed to have the bearing replaced. It was supposed to be ready the following day but it was delayed a day.
When I picked my car up, inject little bill, I noticed, they had done an oil change. When I asked him why he did an oil change, he said my oil was it's supposed to be changed two thousand miles before the reading on the odometer. He showed me the sticker that had been on my windshield that did indeed have an odometer reading 2000 miles less than the reading on my car odometer. However there was also a date of a date in late June
I had at Speedy Oil a nationwide car services corporation. When they do an oil change their stickers, have the date they did it and the odometer, when they did the change
I believe he should have contacted me to get approval to change my oil, then I could have discussed it with him. When I talked to him about it and I explained to him the Speedy way they document the odometer the mechanic blamed it on Speedy because of the way they record the readings.
I was totally disappointed in the customer service when I picked up the car, Triton then sent me a text asking for a review and I told them I was not happy. I have not heard from them.
I believe I should be refunded the charge for the oil change.

Nice place
They took my van in at the last minute when my usual garage canceled on us before a long trip. I had an oil change and my AC recharged. The staff was very accommodating and pleasant. It’s a bit pricey, but it was last minute so I didn’t complain. Nice place overall

Great service
As a woman, I’m always leery to walk into an auto repair garage. One never knows if they’re going to get a fair deal or not. This place is amazing! Very friendly, very professional, and very reasonable.
