I came for oil change and tune up, my car takes 5w20 the refill it w 5w30, I ask why Jason or Jake says they put 5w30 cause u can use it in this region, and oh they didn’t have 5w20 oh it won’t hurt. But it did I had Lower gas mileage and it’s not what my 5.7 hemi takes. Then kept my car a day later than told because they went on vacation. Then charge me 500 alone for suspension control arm and ball joints said whole price 1700 tune up oil change valve cover gasket just to only do one side of my control arm.. he replaced my oil with 5w20 but didn’t flush the 5w30 completely out I already have better gas mileage and he got kids working for him that’s in there vaping while they work. And my other side never got done. Who replaces one side without the other and he’s telling me oh that’s fine when it’s not. I feel they overcharge black people to keep them away. Apologies if I’m wrong but that’s how I feel and still tried to get more money out of me to do it . Don’t Go there if you’re Black and I stand on that the oil alone is a red flag. Don’t care about my engine.
