This Company will rip you off! "I DO MEAN THIS LITERALLY!" I dropped my vehicle off for a service that was previously diagnosed & they quoted me a specific cost for parts & labor to be approx $700! I was hoping to get it done & over with that day. ESP since I already knew the issue & approx what the cost would be.
Well past the promised time period, I received a call from them stating that the "exact same repair" quoted before at approximately $700 would now cost me approximately $1700. I asked why just to be clear & suddenly I'm dealing with a very defensive attitude . I asked what the labor charge per hr is & it was still the same! HOWEVER, she said it was a real "DIRTY" job to change the airbags in the suspension! She also said they don't always charge their flat hourly labor rate it can change randomly depending on the job. So then I asked how long it would take their mechanic to do the job, and they said, 3 hrs! Parts were less than $200! Simply asking questions, I found out that they were trying to up-charge me in a very sneaky, slimy way, $500/hr. I checked around with a neighboring DEALERSHIP w/a very good reputation to confirm what my gut was already telling me & found out the job will take less than 1 hr and that their regular shop rate to do this job was the same as any other job $126 per hour!!!! I saved myself over $1k. Make the call folks it is the world we live in now. To add insult to injury after wasting 2 days of MY time, Tom charged me $130 & two trips over there, I live far away, just to return my keys & to pick up my vehicle! Turns out in the end I not only lost valuable time, I was charged for nothing because they didn't do any of the things I asked them to do when I dropped it off & now I'm missing something very valuable out of my car that was in there when I dropped it off. So, for these reasons, I will never go back there again & I will forewarn my clients, friends, and neighbors not to either. The 1 star is for the $5/gift card to Cafe 101 they gave it to me to get me back in after my last visit, diagnosing the problem before & also for the super friendly receptionist

Rip off
We took our caddy CTS to get the brake lights and eg. switch repaired. Your company promised to fix our car and now the car will not even turn on $700 later and a month and a half later. The customer service is horrible and now our car will not even turn on.

Superior service
Prompt diagnosis of tire pressure dashboard alert, then thorough repair of an impending flat tire. Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful staff while we waited in the cleanest, most attractive tire shop waiting room I’ve ever seen. Very reasonable pricing. Would choose this business again.

Big Red Truck
Awesome and Friendly. They do a detailed inspection that shows good, semi-good, and need to be fixed. We got the truck back within 24 hours. I would recommend Tom's Bulldog Automobile Service.

This business goes above and beyond. They are extremely friendly and honest with the care and needs of your car or truck. I know that they will be honest with me and that I can depend and trust their work. I have used Tom's for nearly a year now and he and his staff far exceed any mechanic I have ever used. Honest, dependable
So satisfied that we found a great place to take our vehicle. Everything was explained in detail what it needed and what it would cost. The whole staff bends over backwards to accommodate you. The work was done and in the time frame it was promised. I feel safe in my car. This will be the only place I will bring my car to have any work done.

Should be called fraudulent automotive
They replaced the fuse box. A one hour job. Charged me $303.11 labor. Also charged $47.62 for shop supplies. Maybe a rag to dust off the fuse box. Total fraud!!!

Blanket repairs, you will pay for more then what's wrong with your vehicle.
I would tell anyone I could to avoid this establishment all together, they like to replace parts on your vehicle that are functioning and charge you for the removal and replacement at a premium.
When my car needed a new Ignition Control Module, they insisted that the car needed new spark plugs with wires and complete distributor cap assembly. After requesting the old parts be given back to me, I had them all tested by a licenced electrician and mechanic at my work. All the parts that were replaced minus the Ignition Control Module, were working fine and there was no need to replace them. This cost an estimated 250.00 extra dollars that was unnecessary.
If you have to deal with this shop, make sure you know exactly what is wrong with your car. When I called back after the service was done and asked why they did not diagnose the problem was only the Ignition Control Module, I was told that the technician felt they needed to be replaced.
Ignition Control Module + Labor = around $200 to 250.
My Bill when they were done = $600+
I will be finding another mechanic.

Great Service
I have used them before with repair work on my Buick. This time it was a repair of the brakes in my 4x4 Ford pickup. The work was accomplished in a timely manner at a reasonable price. I will continue to return to them. They are honest and very straight forward.

Finally...a honest mechanic
Tom, Erin, Paul, Cody, and the rest of the crew are knowledgable, very helpful, and most of all very honest. They drop everything to help out a customer in need. I won't take any of my 4 vehicles to any one else.
