Jordon White ex police chief of Gold beach and Ted Burdet personal friend recommended Tim Harding in his company and I’m so glad I listened to him that I didn’t have to go all the way to Medford to get my Mercedes GLC 300 and taking care of tires were falling apart. They exceeded my expectations precision auto. I’m grateful that they took care of me and showed concern Guaranteeing such great customer.satisfaction. Great service
We experienced a flat tire on 101 and the shop was able to get us back on the road in no time. Great customer service and quality work, we are grateful for their help during a tough situation.

Andrew is the best car service person I’ve ever dealt with and I’ve dealt with many.

Impressive diagnostic work
The message on the dashboard read as a misfunction in both the low and high beam of the right headlamp. When the super sleuth mechanics at Precision Performance felt the heat coming off the intermittently operating bulb where it had melted through the casing, they knew it more than the bulb. Further investigation revealed corrosion most likely from our ocean air was causing the malfunction and shorting out of the lamp. Their professional solution included wiring in a fresh receptacle and bulbs. Voila! Better than new. Case, and engine bonnet closed. Thank you!

First time there, very polite and professional. When that other big tire company wouldn't give an appointment to change 2 tires I brought in ( its a leave it here and we do it when we get to it) I called Precision Point and got am appointment for the next morning.

Quick and kind, with fair prices
Very kind over the phone and in person all peoples dealing with as well. They were very quick to get me in quick when they did get my vehicle in as it was very inconvenient for me working it in town in this area over summer and not having in my vehicle to get back and forth as I need it. They very quickly and efficiently diagnosed my issue did what they could to get it done and let me know that I could even check up with them later to double check that everything is still all good. Pricing was very fair and the staff was very efficient. Overall excellent customer service And very fair pricing as they are one of the few around the area that can do repairs and could be way more harsh with pricing. Would definitely come back and recommend to anyone in the area.
