I called Todd’s at the end of the workday because we could not get my car started after trying to jump it. Todd was patient and talked me through things and came by to verify it was a dead battery. He then obtained the battery and had it repaired the following morning. I am thankful for his personable and patient nature, auto knowledge, neighborly way of operating, & willingness to educate customers.
