He answers the phone every single time and answers all text messages. I always feel confident when i can reach the supplier of a product with no issues. He also gives you the names of the people working with him to contact if needed. That is so personal. No other companies do that. The craftsmanship is second to none. Every bend and solder are done to the highest degree. So not only do their products look beautiful but they function perfectly.
