Top notch service from the start to the finish of the repair process. The staff was knowledgeable, easy to work with and friendly. Prestige worked with my insurance company throughout the repair process and kept me informed along the way. They completed the work 3 days before the estimated completion date. The vehicle was returned looking as if it just left the showroom.

Top Notch service from the initial intake appointment to delivery of my repaired vehicle. Prestige worked with my insurance company to insure that my vehicle was repaired in OEM parts (submitting to the insurance company for supplemental estimate once the vehicle was disassembled)Prestige attention to detail identified that my headlight assembly (which visually appeared slightly out of alignment) was in fact damaged. I was appropriately kept updated of the status of the repairs to my vehicle. My vehicle was returned looking brand new!

Extremely knowledgeable, polite and easy to work with. Very pleased and would utilize them again if needed.
This body shop is beyond amazing and would recommend it to anyone. It was quick fast and easy. And most importantly my care looked brand spanking new when I got it back.
From the estimate process to the completion of the repair, everything went smoothly. The price was reasonable, the personnel were accommodating and repair was excellent and completed on time.
The body repair was good, but it had a few problems
When the windshield was replaced, nobody noticed that the toll transponder and the inspection sticker were not moved from one glass to the other. I had to repeat the inspection that I had just done on the day of the accident.
The battery was in perfect order when I had the accident, but after the repair I had to jumpstart the car because the battery would not keep any charge. Had to get a new battery.
I hope to not every need a car to be repaired again but you can bet I'll be taking it to Prestige because it was the best part of the whole experience I had with my first ever car accident, which is silly to say but that is how I felt. Not to mention Prestige did an awesome job on my son's car before that and they are just very easy to like and make you feel like they care.

Great quality and quick turnaround
My experience with Prestige was great. The estimate process went smoothly. They scheduled me in and were able to get the work done in less time than originally estimated, so I was very happy to get my car back sooner than anticipated! The quality of work was excellent, I can't even tell I had a dent.
Prestige does excellent work. My car was flawless getting it back from them. Worth waiting for their services.
