Was recommended to this place by a Neighbor. Took my car there for a belt repair and the Driver side window was broke after they were finished, they told me my window regulator was old so I said ok they quoted me a price that seemed high so I took it to a BMW specialist , and had it replaced .I Went back 3 months later for a Oil change and they put my window down and broke it again.And Never told me,they said your car is ready and when I went out and started the car and tried to put the window up it was broke. Went back in and they said I drove there with the window down they didn’t touch it ,I told them to check their cameras, it was 47 degrees that morning I assured them it was up. Then they said the technician said it fell down on its own, then they said he put it down and it wouldn’t go back up , But yet they told me my car was done and never said a word. The final response was you can call the cops you can’t prove we did it . Please DO Not Go Here . There wasn’t even no reason for them to put the window down for an Oil change. And now that I think about it for a belt repair.
