Improper Tire Install
Purchased 4 tires and had installed. The technician installed wheel lugs with an impact wrench and failed to correctly torque the wheels. Could not remove the lug nuts later on when installing brake pads. Ended up breaking wheels studs.

Don’t take your car Here
Was recommended to this place by a Neighbor. Took my car there for a belt repair and the Driver side window was broke after they were finished, they told me my window regulator was old so I said ok they quoted me a price that seemed high so I took it to a BMW specialist , and had it replaced .I Went back 3 months later for a Oil change and they put my window down and broke it again.And Never told me,they said your car is ready and when I went out and started the car and tried to put the window up it was broke. Went back in and they said I drove there with the window down they didn’t touch it ,I told them to check their cameras, it was 47 degrees that morning I assured them it was up. Then they said the technician said it fell down on its own, then they said he put it down and it wouldn’t go back up , But yet they told me my car was done and never said a word. The final response was you can call the cops you can’t prove we did it . Please DO Not Go Here . There wasn’t even no reason for them to put the window down for an Oil change. And now that I think about it for a belt repair.

Above and beyond service
I went in to get my oil change and filter replaced and not only was it cheaper than carmax(where I get a discount for purchasing my car there), after I left I noticed they refilled my completely empty windshield wiper fluid for free. It's something I had been meaning to do myself but they went ahead and did it without charging me or even saying anytime about it.
My husband Fred Murry introduce me to this repair shop in Suwannee. The owner Jay and Rick are the best !!!!! Every time I go to them for service they are very pleasant and do an excellent job with my car repairs. I will recommend them to anyone. They are A-1in my book.
