My Wife and I bought our 2nd Hyundai in 2024, Santa Fe Calligraphy with all the additional warranties. Our service experience thus far has been exceptional to include repairing damage on rims. Our Service advisor Todd Franklin was professional, informative and walked us through a pre-service inspection and a post service inspection. He arrange a drop off and pick up for us from your Farrow Rd location to our home and back to the service center, answered all our questions and ensured we understood how our additional warranties worked. With the skyrocketing cost of new cars and new car service we appreciate him going the extra steps to ensure we were totally satisfied with our lasted service visit.
