Absolutely the slowest service dept I've EVER been to
I have had my oil changed, with a SCHEDULED appointment, 3 times, and two of those times it took over 3 hours. The first time it happened they gave me an excuse/explanation about what happened. This time another excuse/explanation. Neither time was anything done to make it right. What's clear is that this is how the service dept at Stew Hansen operates. They are poorly run and do not know how to properly manage a schedule. I will be very glad when all of my "free" oil changes have been used up so I can go to ANY OTHER SERVICE PLACE on the planet and receive faster service. Just below this review you will see a canned response from their service manager Chip saying that someone will be in touch with me, I'm looking forward to that call...
