Routine Maintenance
I went in today, June 10, 2025, for routine maintenance. I had an oil change and tire rotation. After sitting for over an hour, I went to the service desk and asked about my Renegade. Someone, I wish I knew his name because he was extremely polite, went out to ask for me. He told me the Jeep was on the rack and should be finished soon. Another 15mns past before a service tech came out to tell me my lugs had swollen and the techs were having a difficult time removing the wheels. They were resizing the heads and informed me I would need new lugs soon. He was super nice and apologized for the wait. After 2 hours, my jeep was ready. I have had issues with the Renegade using oil since the first day I purchased it new in 2017. I complained every oil change. I was told various reasons each time. "It's normal. It's a Jeep Thing. Bring it back for consumption test." Which I did once and was told it was fine, but keep an eye on it or wait for a recall. Today, I questioned it again. The guy I talked to about it was short with me. Made it sound like it was all my fault. Told me I was supposed to bring it in on various occasions for consumption tests. Told me my engine had 100,000 mile warranty on it because of the oil consumption and I received paperwork detailing that...I NEVER received ANYTHING! He told me I was passed that mark now at 103,000 and there was nothing he could do about it! He was rude and lacked any decent customer service. He made me feel like my questions and concerns were a burden to him. Maybe he was having a bad day...Still doesn't justify is lack of consideration.

Cole Nordman was my advisor. He got me in right away, very friendly and knowledgeable young man. Would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a good service advisor!

Oil change
After waiting A MONTH to get in for a oil change for the Advantage Package. I had to wait a total of 2 1/2 hours for that oil change. This is unacceptable if my time is valuable. The oil was changed and tires rotated but the car wash and other services were not done. After viewing other reviews, I wonder if this might be the norm. I will keep my fingers crossed that subsequent visits will be more positive.

Woman buying a car
I walked in ready to buy a SUV or at least be put on the list for the next shipment.
Well... I walked in and the greeter asked not 1 but 2 young men if they could help me. Not once, twice but the 3rd time told 1 of them he WAS GOING TO HELP ME. After that it got even worse. I worked with another dealer and my experience is 100% better.

ISSUES with MAINTAINENCE AGAIN ** 10/13/2022** PAINT removed on Bonnet.

Yesterday i had to drop my vehicle to fix the previous maintenance issues caused a couple of weeks ago, where my Vehicle Power Steering was messed up, and Suspension was also messed up.
Power Steering had a lot of play , and suspension has become so stiff..
Yesterday on 10/13/22 i had to drop my vehicle at your dealership to fix those issues.
Service Advisor JORDAN INGRAM , COLE NORDMAN , and your technician did not find any issues with them at all.
So I had to pick up my vehicle and drive off. After a while I noticed Brand New issue.
Paint on my Bonnet was scrapped off , Damaged Intentionally.
Please find the attached image.

This is absolutely unacceptable, disgusting behaviour, malicious behaviour and Fraudulent in nature.
Totally ****CRAP CARE ***.

Dont Trust their service , As New issues pop up after the service.
I am trying to reaching dealership about the new issues i am seeing after the service , no luck with that.

I’ve already explained the length of time to complete repairs, the fact that the car had additional problems that should have been easily discovered if they had completed a test drive of my car and then the condition of the car when it was returned to me.

Smooth and efficient
Thankfully my car battery was still under warranty, so everything was covered, including the tow. All the personnel, including the person who received my call, were pleasant and efficient. I even stopped back into the dealership to say hello to the man who sold us the car. Friendly people are a comfort when you’re having a bit of a crisis.
