Do not buy here !!!!
First off they make you finance with them and must buy a extended warranty

Acceptable but with request.
The service was good and I only had routine service so I didn;t mind waiting, but I live alone and only have one vehicle so for work that would take longer I would appreciate pick-up service or a loaner.

Help!
My car broke down on 290, had to be towed to Kyle, took a week to get fixed because the part had to be ordered. Kyle is not my normal dealer. Very surprised I had to have the fuel injector replaced with only 13,000 miles on the car. Nice folks though, did the best they could all things considered,

Still waiting for my vehicle to be repaired
As soon as I can, I'm trading this car in for a Subaru. I never had trouble like this in the 35+ years I drove one. I am disappointed that I thought I'd try a Hyundai.

Bad Veloster
I bought a 2016 Used Hyundai Veloster from Rodger Beasley Hyundai in July of 2021. It is now March of 2022 and 15,000 miles later it has an engine that won't go over 50 MPH. The oil was changed regularly. Technicians from Hyundai say the pistons are scored so they aren't getting any help from the manufactureI find out from two separate technicians that aren't with Hyundai that it is the rod bearing, but Hyundai insists that it is not and therefore will not cover the engine under the recall. They offered to replace the vehicle with a new one and wanted to charge me 700.00 a month so they could take the Veloster off my hands -- so kind. I am not happy with my experience at Steele Hyundai and am currently having to pay more than the car is worth to get a newish engine put in. Thanks Steele Hyundai!
