Very Dishonest
I had the absolute worst experience at this dealership and want to warn anyone considering their services. My car had an issue, so I brought it in, trusting them to fix it. They charged me $1,800 for the repair and assured me everything was fixed. But, one month later, I experienced the exact same problem! When I brought the car back, they asked for another $700, claiming it was a new issue, but it was clearly related to the original problem.

I reluctantly agreed to pay the $700, but as soon as I drove the car off the lot, the same issue happened AGAIN! When I returned, they refused to take responsibility, saying it wasn’t their problem anymore. I was shocked and furious! They just shrugged me off after taking my money.

To top it all off, after refusing to fix the issue they had already charged me $2,500 for, they quoted me another $1,800 for the same problem! It’s unbelievable how dishonest and unethical this dealership is. They clearly have no concern for their customers, only for how much money they can squeeze out of you.

I’ve never dealt with such incompetence and lack of accountability in my life. Save yourself the headache, stress, and money – do NOT take your car to this dealership!
