Very Dishonest
I had the absolute worst experience at this dealership and want to warn anyone considering their services. My car had an issue, so I brought it in, trusting them to fix it. They charged me $1,800 for the repair and assured me everything was fixed. But, one month later, I experienced the exact same problem! When I brought the car back, they asked for another $700, claiming it was a new issue, but it was clearly related to the original problem.

I reluctantly agreed to pay the $700, but as soon as I drove the car off the lot, the same issue happened AGAIN! When I returned, they refused to take responsibility, saying it wasn’t their problem anymore. I was shocked and furious! They just shrugged me off after taking my money.

To top it all off, after refusing to fix the issue they had already charged me $2,500 for, they quoted me another $1,800 for the same problem! It’s unbelievable how dishonest and unethical this dealership is. They clearly have no concern for their customers, only for how much money they can squeeze out of you.

I’ve never dealt with such incompetence and lack of accountability in my life. Save yourself the headache, stress, and money – do NOT take your car to this dealership!

Poor Experience
Waited for over 2 hours only to find out a day later that some of the services paid for were not actually completed. When asked for a quote at the beginning of the appointment, it was stated that they were “too busy” in which they proceeded to walk away. Highly unprofessional and poor experience.

They told me I should think about getting new tires because mine were a little under half tread and the next day when I stopped at the gas station to get gas station to get gas I looked at him and one of the front ones was showing wires all the way around it so apparently they did not inspect anything when they were supposed to

Poor service
Just marked they do things on multi point but don’t. Said had to jump my car to get back into service garage after I have had no troubles with battery at all. Said batter was bad but last 2 service maintenance it was great..3 months later poor needs to be replaced…. Didn’t replace left without a jump and made a few stops on the way home no jumps.. had battery tested at a parts shop batter is good. Kicking out the 800 amps like it should. Battery still going haven’t had it jumped yet..

Fixed my check engine light
My Kona was throwing a check engine code and pulling timing. The technician was able to quickly realize the issue was that my Oil Catch Can that was installed by a different dealership was installed incorrectly and resolved the issue for me. I was thrilled.
