Exhaust Fix
Separation of my Ford Edge's exhaust flex pipe finally snapped on a Friday at the wrong time. Was able to get an appointment held with Complete the following Monday. After being allowed to bring in aftermarket parts to get the job done, they had the new pipe and clamp on in about 30 minutes. Front counter staff was very willing to work with me on price, parts even referring me to an exhaust business south of us to do a Weld job (that business was booked). If I were to give a critical comment, their text notification states they will call you to confirm your appointment the next business day, but that never happened on that Monday. I had to call in to make sure my appointment was confirmed before driving over.

Excellent service
I came in last week about a noise my car was making. Dan was very quick to tell me what it was, and set up a day that worked for me. I brought it back in the 3rd of July, and asked if they could also check another issue for me. They quickly figured out what needed to be done, and started work on one of the issues, which was a bad tie rod on the front, and a loose bearing on the rear. Dan gave me a car to use while they worked on mine. It rides perfect now. I have another appointment next week for the other issue. Everyone there is very pleasant to work with.
