FRAUD ALERT BURLINGTON HONDA
DEFECTIVE VEHICLES AND CROOKS AT BURLINGTON HONDA. Second passport, a second set of electrical issues. My girlfriend has leased a passport with multiple electric defects for a few years when the dealer calls her and offers her a "brand new 2022 Passport". Before she even pays her first payment, the car dies in the airport parking garage when we return from a trip. It has less than 500 miles on it! Please stick with me.
We have it towed to another dealer, who "fixes" the issue at her expense. They then say the problem was caused by rodents eating the wiring. She's had the car for less than a month and parks in a secure condo parking garage. She works in the city. If she lived in Timbuktu and had the car for a year, maybe we could believe this happened while she had it.
What's more likely is that this car had sat around for a year (it's a 2022) and no one bought it, rodents ate the wiring, so they said, hey let's call this single mother with two small children and pawn it off on her, and if she gets stranded at least we make a buck. It also turns out this is a known issue because their wires are soy-based, and rodents like eating them. So after 2 defective Honda vehicles and a problem before the first payment, she asks them to take it back. They have the nerve to say they will, but she needs to pay 6K. A single mom needs a dependable car, and THEY CALLED HER to trade in her other car. So her reward for dealing with Burlington Honda is getting stranded, paying for towing, paying for the repair (if it happened once, it will happen again), missing work, renting another car, and possibly getting to pay these crooks for the whole experience. If you would like to experience something like this for yourself, call Camille Kim or Bobby Maynard, they are experienced and willing to waste your time, money, piece of mind, then charge you the cost of a dependable car to experience their trash. When Burlington Honda hands you lemons, make $6,000 lemonade!

Wow what a Friday 7/30. Thinking I was going to trade in my 2021 Toyota Corolla Hybrid at the Toyota dealership after they were so rude to me Foothills Toyota I drove by Honda of Burlington on I5 I looked over and saw a CRV in color Dolphin Gray I decided to turn around and what a decision I made….Greeted by fantastic sales people and after talking for a few turning out to be longer Sam the GM worked a miracle out for me….Then the Finance Dept what amazing people…. I can’t thank them enough everyone I left w the vehicle I have been dreaming about…. Worlds of thank you love them all….

Exceeded Expectations
On short notice and on a Saturday, Sims Honda helped diagnose and resolve a safety issue. The service advisor was direct and polite, without stereotypical "car dealership" smarminess. The waiting room included a childrens nook, a central room with a television, a coffee station, and a quiet area with comfortable chairs and a fireplace. Parts were ordered quickly and they provided a beautiful 2019 HRV as a free loaner. I felt the overall price was fair, especially in light of the peace of mind they provided compared to a nearby and vastly inferior non-Honda shop.

Sims Honda, The Only Way to Go
I have had a 10 year relationship with Sims Honda. This has involved a used car purchase as well as two leases. My experience has been very positive and relatively stress free. I would not consider going elsewhere.
