Friendly greeting atmosphere upon arrival.
I am very happy with Pioneer Automotive and whenever I take my vehicles there to be serviced. After the routine maintenance service, they always give advice of future needs to have done. That helps alot to prepare for upcoming maintenance that will be needed to be done to keep my vehiciles in good shape( :

Jennifer said they are great. Every time she goes in there they are really helpful, very nice. They allowed her to leave her vehicle there for 3 days. She has never had any problems with them, she really enjoys going there.

New to us Ford Transit service
We’ve been bringing our vehicles here for over 6 years (that is a record for one auto service company) and with this new vehicle the service was the usual high standard. I thought the oil change would be expensive but it was as reasonable as our other vehicles. Pioneer has been straightforward since day one!

When Jiffy lube cross threaded the spark plugs in my F350. Pioneer automotive got me in quick and made sure I was taken care of through the end.

For the last 7 years I’ve taken my car to Pioneer and have always been happy with the service they offer. They have very reasonable rates, they never try to upsell me and I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else.
