Auto repair concierge
It’s a difficult thing to accomplish at an auto shop, maybe, but these guys got it. There’s no guessing whether they’re giving you the full story. Told me what I needed, what I didn’t and what wouldn’t be worth doing on the car that I own. That kind of consult is standard at shops, but these guys feel like your personal auto repair concierge.

Great Customer Service
Chance was able to do a thorough inspection of my jeep and was able to order and get the parts within a reasonable amount of time. Once the shop had the parts it did not take long for them to complete the install and get my jeep back to me. I find that with there knowledge, great customer service, and overall efficiency that the price I paid for service was well worth it. I will be going back to them.

Thanks GOOGLE EARTH for Pappytackle
With 1999 Suburban it's about passing gas stations and 4WD blinky lights ... so rolled into Pappytackle situated across from my old shop Sunset lane off James St. and they gave me a reasonable quote and result was a simple fix saved me $250. Thorough inspection included will bring me back but some of that was on my list anyway. Great Service and responsive to the max. I'll Be Back!
