The gentlemen at the service desk was excellent!!
I wish I remembered the name of the gentleman who greeted me & took care of my service call. He was excellent (the girl at the desk never acknowledged me entering, she just kept eating her donut, or when returning to leave, she needs more training) the gentleman made sure all my questions about the recall were answered & was very nice and professional. He is a great asset to Hyundai. I drive over an hour for this kind of service. I even asked them if they would check the air pressure on the tires, which they did. (The girl, was rude & could lead to customers not returning, I hope they look into who was working)
