As always Wayne and his team were outstanding. Dropped my car off the night before and Wayne had it done by 3 pm. No hype or up sale, just an honest repair shop at does it right the first time.
Had to have a starter put on my car. I called Wayne regarding the issue the day it died, because I was stranded in Lorton. My Dad & Wayne concluded that it was my starter. Had roadside assistance tow it to his shop. Wayne said to have it towed to the shop & he would look at it the next day. He called me the next day to say that it was definitely the starter and ordered one to put on it.
My car has been working fine so far. Even drove it to Lynchburg, VA last weekend to see my family. It started perfectly each time. So grateful! Wayne to the rescue once again! Thanks again.

Need Oil Change; Wanted belts, fluids & hoses checked before road trip
I was going out of town, so I wanted Wayne to do an oil change in addition to checking all other fluids, belts, hoses, tire pressure, etc. As always got car back in a timely manner. Great job done all around.
This is the third vehicle we've owned that we've trusted Wayne and his crew for service. From routine maintenance to state inspections or major repairs, this is where we'll go every time.
Drove my car to Charlottesville, VA last Saturday. When I left Charlottesville to go to Lynchburg, VA, car was sounding a little louder than usual. Like a roaring sound. When I returned back to Alexandria, I called Wayne to let him know what it was doing and what it sounded like. I left it there overnight for him to look at it the next day. Wayne will stick with the job while he does some trial and error to get to the root of the issue. And he did. He said that I needed a wheel bearing on front left wheel...and it sounded like the noise was coming from that tire. They stay very busy lately, but I Wayne will still get the job done and timely. My car sounds great! No more roaring noise so far! I always call him to let him know that he did a good job!
When I want an honest opinion on what's going on with my vehicle, I go to Wayne. I always get an answer I know I can trust. That's often hard to find today.
I have had previous work performed at this station. They have always done a great job. This time I had the brakes, calibers & rotors replaced again on the front due to vibration in wheels/steering wheel when braking. Wayne brought in his sophisticated equipment from home to determine the cause of the front-end vibration. The reason for 4 stars is because the work was way more costly than usual.
I'm a repeat customer. Wayne and the team always give me the straight scoop and do the maintenance right. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants a dependable, honest, capable service station.
