. This is ridiculous! What kind of customer service is this!
I purchased 2 cards in February 2022. I got a Mazda cx5 for myself. I also purchased a bumper to bumper extended warranty. I'm having issues with my vehicle smoothly shifting from 2nd to 3rd gear. I have tried numerous times to cdl them thru the main number and the service number to see if I can take it to another mechanic instead of bringing it all the way to elgin ( I live in kyle). No one picks up the phone for the main number(it rings one time and then hangs up), and the service number answers and says " this call may be recorded for customer service purposes" then it says "no one is available to take your call at this time" then it hangs up. You can't yall to a live person to save your ass!! What kind of customer service is this

Bad Credit No Problem? Yeah right
I bought a brand new pick up truck from Rush about 3 years and loved the service I got so I decided to go back this past Sunday to get a new vehicle. Well that was a HUGE mistake.
I was looking to buy a used vehicle and put $1000 down in cash. Adrian was very knowledgeable about the inventory and cars they had on the lot.
When he took my “deal” to the finance manager they said that my Experian was locked and they’d have to wait 48 hours before they could run it again, which did not make any sense to me at all but I waited. I tried getting answers all day on Tuesday regarding the status of my app in which nobody “managers” would not help or return phone calls.
Today after work I drove all the way back out to Elgin, again because nobody will answer my calls or return my calls. When we arrived we wanted to speak to the financial manager to find out what was going on but we were told that we’d have to wait for Adrian to come back. I said I’m done, all I’ve been told is to wait wait wait with no answers. I’m tired of waiting and tired of being put on the back burner. And I left. About 20 minutes after leaving Rush Chevrolet Adrian called. At that time we found out that the deal was still on hold on nothing had been done. I was already driving to another dealership when he called. The finance manager would NOT talk to us. Adrian said that the only way I’d be able to get into a car new or used would be to have a strong co-signer and put down $15,000! Yes $15,000! Not $1500 but $15,000. I said I’m done and to cancel everything. I was then told that I would not be able to get into a car no matter where I go!
I feel like they immediately judged us because it was my mom, my daughter and I that showed up and we were judged immediately. I also feel that the manager and all the managers hide and don’t want to do their job. They make their salesman do all the talking while they hide in their offices instead of walking around and greeting people.
I went to South Point Dodge and got into a BRAND NEW 2022 Jeep fresh off the truck. NO co-signer and ONLY $1000 down. Plus I was able to save $300 a month in car payments.

Rear End Locking Up& Drive Shaft Fallen While Driving At 50mph
December 10, 2021, Around 9:00 at night my life was put in danger due to work not being done properly on my truck. I just had a new transmission installed and rear end seal serviced. I was driving on the highway when I experienced a rough vibration from the back to the front of my truck. So I exited the highway to check what it was when my rear end locked up & drive shaft fell. Causing me to be slammed into my sterling wheel at a speed of 50 mph feeling like someone hit me from the back with traffic behind me causing others to drive off the road trying to avoid hitting me. Not an experience no one should ever have to face in pain feeling helpless stuck in the middle of traf. The police finally arrived protecting me while a tow truck was in route to tow me home because rush Chevrolet was closed. When they opened Sunday I spoke with Chris and had the truck towed to the shop but didnt get a call until Tuesday from Travis who didn't care my life was put in danger just blamed me the customer like I did something wrong. A week went by no loaner truck or a call saying sorry we will fix this mistake. So I drove up there Friday December 17, 2021 to be lied to about the issue at had. I dont know if its due to the color of my skin to be lied to when its clear that the service was not done correctly because the seal was leaking which caused the rear end to lock up. I run my own remodeling Business which requires me to need a truck to work causing me to lose contacts because I have no transportation when I just spent 6k to have my truck fixed two months ago when they told me I needed a new transmission and my rear seal fixed but seem the seal was never done correctly. Which seems very shady that the issue I came in for I experienced the same vibration right before being slammed into my sterling wheel due to the drive shaft felling from the rear and the rear end locking up and still my truck has been outside not being fixed.
Picture yourself driving at a speed of 50+ mph and being slammed into your sterling wheel and truck locking up which traffic driving the same speed fearing for your life, when Rush Chevrolet didnt do the job correctly. I pray no one ever have to experience what I just went thru.???

Lying peace of shits
I bought a nice 2014 Cruze for the wife,sales man was awesome but the problem is this vehicle has electrical issues,typical Chevy!! The sorry ass service manager is full of shit.after the 3rd time bringing my car in he tells me it's a corroded battery cable causing my ac to cut off and dash board going black.i work around cars on a daily basis.i know parts,I'm not that fucking stupid.now the 4th visit in 3 months.my computer at work says 02 sensor,a 35 year experienced machanic tells me it's a temp sensor making ac cut off?? Rush Chevy service manager tells me it's a catalytic converter and I have to pay for it out of pocket!!! Wtf kinda bullshit is that??? Car is under warranty you fucking peace of shit.fuck rush Chevrolet I will not return..I deal with auto parts and machanics every day..I will make it my duty to make this place known for there sorry ass service.i promise you!!!!!!

Be careful if doing buisness with Rush.
Rush Chevrolet will lie about your trade in, interest rate and whatever else to do a sale. James and Jesus are the ones in charge and the ones that you need to watch out for.

Chelsea at rush chevy is amazing she got me into my new car quick and easy even when I had upside down equity and Eli was amazing at getting my loan funded! I would recommend this place to everyone! It was an amazing experience!
I appreciate the professional service given even without an appointment. Grover Greene always gives a complete explanation of the necessary work to be done and its cost. Very professional!
I waited 4 hours for a 30 minute job to be completed. I sat in the waiting room all day staring at my car just sitting in the same position for hours. When I complained and told them I was pushing back an appointment, they finally began work.
