They did a great job putting the new tires on the rims and a good balance job. However, the person that put them on the car got the lugs way too tight. A few days after the tires were put on, I had to remove the tires for brake service. My impact tool set set at 114 psi would not get them loose. I had to use a 3ft braker bar and jump on it to get them loose (i am 240 lbs). So, i would check their work, might have been one tech over tightening before doing the torque check.
We take all our vehicles there. They won’t sell on something just to sell you on something. They’re up front and honest. We appreciate what they do. Thanks!

I wouldn't trust just anyone to work on my "baby". These people are amazing. VERY thorough. The best is that they will NOT try to sell you services that are not necessary. I TRUST them.

Reliable, helpful, and great shorts
The guys at Roy's always do a great job of taking care of my vehicles. They make sure things are fixed as reliably as possible while still being cost effective. They are about as honest of an auto repair as you can find. Plus, the real bonus is when Josh wears those khaki cargo shorts. His legs are so sexy.

Everyone says Customer Service. And although Roy's Customer Service is "100%-A+-5 star" - what we appreciate more is they treat us like family and are willing to know us on a personal level. It helps when your service provider knows your family dynamics. Life is great! but sometimes it is difficult. Having a son and husband with medical issues, I love that Roy's understands are family dynamics and helps us to quickly get our vehicle back on the road and is more than fair in their billing. They have worked with us financially and treat us with dignity and respect.
