Was referred by my nephew and was certainly not disappointed. The experience with Nick Bettle was on point and made the experience hit w/o a missed beat Thank-You Nick.
Next was Marcus in the finance department he was impeccable and very helpful with my spending to acquire the Tucson. Nothing but praise for these guys and the Dealership. Very nicely done. Thanks

Service was excellent all the way around
I would love to say how much I would Recommend going here. I bought a new car with Clayton and he did a great job. He walked me through the steps to get there. You will do well in life keep going for it. Declan was my service guy. I was suppose to get me car but let them know I got sick. So the delivered my car to me so I didn't have to leave my house. Declan Congratulations on the new baby. Keep moving forward and never look back! The two of you will do great in life.

Unacceptable work
I have experienced several instances of poor work when I've taken my car to Marhofer for routine maintenance. In one visit, my tires were considered to be close to replaceable. During the next visit the paperwork was somehow missing. When it was "found," the tires were graded to be in great shape. This was obviously a not only shoddy but a dangerous instance of someone creating new paperwork. When I took my car in recently, I told the representative that one of my brake lights was out, but when I went to pick up the vehicle, it had not been replaced. I will not take my vehicle back to Marhofer for maintenance. Their mechanics are clearly either overworked to the point of inefficiency or underpaid to the point of not caring.

Amazing service guys
Your service team is amazing. They all never fail to go above and beyond for me. On my most recent visit 5 different men from different departments all came to help me look at a part that had been ripped off from under my seat and were trying to figure out what it was….it was none of their departments. I just cant stress enough how good of a team you have. I will always refer people to Ron Marhofer Hyundai.

Always great.
Had to have a minor repair on our Santa Fe. The service department has always been very helpful and accommodating. They anticipated it would take about an hour, and it took just under 60 minutes. I have been with Marhofer Hyundai for over 16 years. We continue to go with them because we know we are always taken care of regardless if it’s sales, finance or service. They truly are the best.

30,000 mile service, done on time, cost as expected. Dan Bajc is the man for scheduling and updating. First car from Marhofer, they have treated me right.
