Rattling heat shield.
I called on Thursday to see if I could get my car in for a rattling heat shield, not expecting to get in that day. He said bring it in today and they would see what was needed. Mentioned I was going on a road trip soon and wanted to stop the noise. I dropped it off and they took me to work. Called a little while later and had fixed the issue. They also checked out rest of car and discovered the brake pads they had put on in April were worn. They called supplier and they were replaced at no cost for pads and gave me a break on labor and changed oil too, for a great price. Glad they were able to get me in and checked so thoroughly. Great place to get your car repaired and very nice staff. Thank you.
