LIED TOO !!!!!!
called to confirm a car was there (2014 Chevy Impala) and made a appointment to go see it ( 2hours away)and test drive it. showed up and was informed the car was sold, talked to Steve Langdon 2 time that morning the one who handles the internet sale and 1 other sales man that said the car was there and he would have it outside and ready for me to look at when I got there, told him would be about 1-1:30 (got there at 1:17)
was told they do not hold cars and that's understandable but don't screw people over and let them drive 2 hours with the impression you are by saying you will make sure it's out front when I get there then try to talk me into looking at other cars. went there for 1 particular car and got royally SCREWED OVER and walked out, so word of warning- don't take there word for nothing because they will tell you whatever they can to get you in the door, like I told them "I WOULDN"T BUY A F***ING gumball from them.
